The delivery price for items ordered through Ideal 365 Ltd and delivered to mainland United Kingdom is £7.95 plus V.A.T. Generally next working day delivery for orders placed before 2.00pm for stock items and 5-10 working days for non stock items. Orders over £100.00 plus V.A.T. are delivered free of charge. Please note we do not deliver outside mainland UK as standard.

Returns Policy. Thank you for purchasing from Ideal 365 Ltd. All goods are supplied in good faith and fit for the purpose described in the information contained on our web-site. By accepting the goods the customer deems them as such and of satisfactory quality. We understand that there are certain circumstances under which you may wish to return goods to us.
Goods Faulty on Arrival: If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 24 hours (Monday – Friday) to inform us of the fault. In these circumstances, once goods have been returned to us and the fault has been verified we will issue a refund.
Goods Faulty within Guarantee Period: If your goods develop a fault but it is more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its guarantee period, you should be entitled to a guarantee repair. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which, of course, we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
Changed Your Mind/Non-Defective Returns: If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision in writing within 7 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be “as new” when returned to us. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under DSR, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense (we advise that you fully insure the package you are returning). Once the goods are received and checked, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods, less a 25% re-stocking fee.
Once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing).
